1. Eligibility

2. Services Overview

SecureMojo provides cyber protection and security solutions designed for individuals, entrepreneurs, influencers, and digital creators. Our Services may include but are not limited to:

• Cyber Risk Assessments
• Cybersecurity Consultation
• Cyber Insurance Assistance
• Virtual Training Programs
• Add-on services (Cryptocurrency Forensics, OSINT Investigations, Cybercrime Reporting, etc.)

The features, pricing, and availability of Services may vary depending on your jurisdiction and subscription plan.

3. Subscription Model

• One-Time Payment (Non-Recurring): All subscriptions are offered on a one-time payment basis and are valid for a fixed annual cycle (12 months).
• Renewals: Subscriptions must be manually renewed each year to continue uninterrupted service.
• No Automatic Billing: SecureMojo does not store your payment details for auto-renewals.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time during its validity period. Cancellation will only prevent further renewal, and your Services will remain active until the end of the current subscription cycle.
• Refunds: SecureMojo maintains a strict no-refund policy. Once a subscription is purchased, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
  • Early cancellation by the user.
  • Non-usage of Services.
  • Dissatisfaction with features, performance, or availability.
• Non-Transferability: Subscriptions are non-transferable and cannot be reassigned, resold, or gifted once activated.
• Force Majeure: SecureMojo shall not be liable to issue refunds in cases of disruption caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, cyberattacks, or government restrictions.

5. User Obligations

By using SecureMojo’s Services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date registration and payment information.
• Use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable laws in India and your jurisdiction.
• Not engage in misuse, unauthorized access, reverse-engineering, or distribution of SecureMojo’s technology, tools, or reports.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and promptly notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

• All intellectual property related to SecureMojo’s Services, including but not limited to software, algorithms, designs, trademarks, and content, are owned exclusively by SecureMojo or its licensors.
• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for your personal use only.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on SecureMojo’s intellectual property without our prior written consent.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

• SecureMojo provides Services on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.
• We do not guarantee absolute protection against cyberattacks, data breaches, or financial losses. Our Services are designed to reduce risk, not eliminate it entirely.
• SecureMojo disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, SecureMojo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or reputation.
• In no event shall SecureMojo’s total liability exceed the amount you paid for the subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Global Use & Compliance

• SecureMojo operates globally. However, some features may not be available in certain jurisdictions due to local laws and restrictions.
• It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of SecureMojo complies with the laws of your country of residence.

10. Termination

• SecureMojo reserves the right to suspend or terminate your subscription and access to Services without prior notice if you violate these Terms, misuse the Services, or engage in fraudulent or unlawful activities.
• Upon termination, you lose access to all Services, and no refunds will be issued.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
• For users outside India, local consumer protection rights remain unaffected.
• Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration or courts located in Bangalore, India, unless prohibited by local law.

12. Changes to Terms

• SecureMojo reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
• Updated Terms will be posted on our website with the “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Services after changes signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms.
