b) Bootcamp Enrolment & Booking Data
Collected when you book a Mojo Bootcamp cohort via our native booking system:
- Cohort date preference and booking confirmation details
- Payment transaction data processed securely via Razorpay
- Session access and attendance records
- Feedback and testimonial submissions
c) Assessment Data (Service-Specific)
Collected during in-session Mojo Bootcamp assessments via the Secure Mojo web app:
- Personal Cyber Awareness Check results — your scenario-based behavioural assessment score and identified awareness gaps
- Personal Digital Exposure Check results — your OSINT-based digital footprint analysis, including publicly accessible information identified during the assessment
- Downloadable assessment report data generated during the session
This data is used exclusively to generate your personal assessment reports and personalise your defense playbook recommendations. It is never shared with third parties or used for any other purpose without your explicit consent.
d) Mojo Intelligence & Mojo Labs Data (Service-Specific)
When you engage Mojo Intelligence for OSINT investigations, due diligence reports, or digital risk assessments:
- Subject details provided by the client for investigation purposes
- Investigation findings and intelligence reports
- Engagement scope, correspondence, and deliverable records
All Mojo Intelligence engagements are handled with complete confidentiality. Investigation data is retained only for the duration necessary to complete the engagement and meet legal obligations.
e) WhatsApp Interaction Data

- The content of your support or advisory conversations

Razorpay
Payment data collected during Mojo Bootcamp enrolment is processed by Razorpay in accordance with their Privacy Policy and applicable financial data protection regulations. Secure Mojo does not store full payment card details.
WhatsApp Business (Meta)
Support and Mojo Advice conversations conducted via WhatsApp are subject to Meta’s Privacy Policy in addition to this policy. We recommend reviewing Meta’s data practices for full details.
Legal Compliance
We may disclose personal data when required by law, regulation, court order, or government request — including requests from law enforcement agencies in accordance with India’s DPDPA 2023 and other applicable frameworks.
Business Transactions
In the event of a merger, acquisition, or restructuring of Securemojo Consulting Private Limited, personal data may be transferred to the successor entity — subject to equivalent privacy safeguards and notification to affected individuals where required.
Mojo Intelligence Engagements
All data shared with Secure Mojo as part of a Mojo Intelligence engagement is handled with complete confidentiality and is not disclosed to any third party outside the scope of the engagement without explicit client consent.

Secure Mojo is headquartered in Bangalore, India. Your data may be processed in India or in other jurisdictions where our service providers operate.

10. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
Secure Mojo’s services — including Mojo Bootcamp, Mojo Intelligence, Mojo Labs, and Mojo Academy — are not directed to individuals under 18 years of age.
We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If we become aware that personal data has been inadvertently collected from a minor, we will delete it promptly.

In line with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, you have the right to appoint a nominee to exercise your data rights in the event of your incapacity or death. Unresolved grievances may be escalated to the Data Protection Board of India.
EU / EEA (GDPR)
Our lawful bases for processing personal data include consent, contract performance, legitimate interest, and legal obligations.
