Welcome to Secure Mojo.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Secure Mojo’s website, products, services, web applications, and booking platform operated by Securemojo Consulting Private Limited (“Secure Mojo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By purchasing, accessing, or using any of our Services — including enrolling in Mojo Bootcamp, registering interest in any Secure Mojo division, engaging Mojo Intelligence, accessing Mojo Advice, or visiting our website — you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

Please read these Terms carefully before proceeding. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our Services.

1. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to use Secure Mojo’s Services.
By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you have the legal authority and capacity to enter into this agreement.
Mojo Bootcamp is designed for startup founders, influencers, executives, and professionals. By enrolling, you confirm that you are attending in a personal or professional capacity and not on behalf of a competing cybersecurity training organisation.
Secure Mojo reserves the right to refuse enrolment or access to any individual or organisation at its sole discretion.

2. SERVICES OVERVIEW

Secure Mojo is a cyber readiness and digital defense company offering the following services across four divisions:

Mojo Bootcamp (Active)
India’s — and the world’s best — live, expert-led cybersecurity bootcamp built exclusively for startup founders and influencers. Services include:

Live 3-hour virtual bootcamp sessions delivered by certified ethical hackers
In-session Personal Cyber Awareness Check — scenario and simulation-based behavioural assessment
In-session Personal Digital Exposure Check — OSINT-based digital footprint analysis
Instant downloadable personal assessment reports
Founder’s Defense Playbook — seven actionable defense layers
Mojo Defense Checklist — instant download post-session
Mojo Bootcamp Certificate — issued upon session completion
Mojo Advice — personalised cybersecurity advisory via WhatsApp, available to attendees who share a testimonial or feedback

Mojo Intelligence (Active)
Professional OSINT investigations, digital risk assessments, due diligence reports, social engineering vulnerability assessments, cybercrime investigation support, litigation support, brand and reputation intelligence, dark web monitoring, and VIP digital protection retainers.

Mojo Labs (Active)
Threat intelligence research, OSINT research, cybercrime trend analysis, dark web monitoring, threat intelligence briefings, sector-specific threat reports, and the Annual India Cyber Threat Report.

Mojo Academy (Coming Soon)
OSINT crash courses, ethical hacking fundamentals, digital forensics crash courses, the Certified Mojo Analyst Program, cybersecurity internships, corporate security awareness training, university partnerships, and law enforcement training.

The features, pricing, and availability of Services may vary depending on your jurisdiction and the specific service engaged. Secure Mojo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service or feature at any time with reasonable notice.

3. MOJO BOOTCAMP ENROLMENT

a) Booking & Payment

Mojo Bootcamp seats are booked and paid for via Secure Mojo’s native cohort booking system, with payments processed securely through Razorpay.
Enrolment is confirmed only upon successful payment. A booking confirmation — including your session access link — will be delivered to your registered email address.
Your Zoom session link will also be sent to your registered WhatsApp number 24 hours prior to the session date.
Each cohort is limited to 30 participants. Seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis upon payment confirmation.
Secure Mojo does not store your full payment card details. All payment data is handled by Razorpay in accordance with their PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure and Privacy Policy.

b) Pricing

The current Mojo Bootcamp launch price is ₹4,999 per attendee per session — one-time, all inclusive.
Prices are subject to change at Secure Mojo’s discretion. The price displayed at the time of booking is the price you pay.
All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

c) Cohort Scheduling & Attendance

Upon successful enrolment, you will receive your confirmed cohort date. You are expected to attend on the scheduled date and time.
Mojo Bootcamp is a live experience. Sessions are not recorded and are not available for replay after the event.
If you are unable to attend your scheduled cohort, please contact us at hello@securemojo.com or via WhatsApp at +91 7025 444 111 at least 48 hours before the session to discuss rescheduling options. Rescheduling is subject to availability and is not guaranteed.
No rescheduling requests will be entertained after the session has commenced.

d) Session Access

Your session access link will be delivered to your registered email and WhatsApp number 24 hours before the session.
It is your responsibility to ensure your email address and WhatsApp number are correct at the time of booking.
Secure Mojo is not responsible for non-receipt of session access links due to incorrect contact details, spam filters, or third-party delivery issues.
Session links are personal and non-transferable. Sharing your session link with any other individual is a violation of these Terms and may result in removal from the cohort without refund.

4. REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

a) Strict No-Refund Policy

Secure Mojo maintains a strict no-refund policy for Mojo Bootcamp enrolments. Once a booking is confirmed and payment is processed via Razorpay, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

Cancellation by the attendee at any time before or after the session
Non-attendance on the scheduled cohort date
Non-usage of in-session assessments, reports, or other included features
Dissatisfaction with the session content, delivery, or format
Technical difficulties on the attendee’s end, including internet connectivity issues, device compatibility, or browser issues
Failure to receive the session link due to incorrect contact details provided at booking

b) Rescheduling

If you contact us at least 48 hours before your scheduled session, Secure Mojo may — at its sole discretion — offer a one-time rescheduling to a future available cohort date.
Rescheduling is offered as a goodwill gesture and does not constitute a right under these Terms.
No rescheduling will be offered after the session has commenced or after the 48-hour notice window has passed.

c) Cancellation by Secure Mojo

Secure Mojo reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a cohort in exceptional circumstances — including insufficient enrolments, instructor unavailability, or events beyond our reasonable control.
In the event of a cohort cancellation by Secure Mojo, enrolled attendees will be offered a full refund or a transfer to the next available cohort date at their choice.

d) Force Majeure

Secure Mojo shall not be liable to issue refunds or compensation in cases of disruption caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, cyberattacks, government restrictions, platform outages, or acts of God — except where Secure Mojo itself cancels the cohort as described above.

e) Non-Transferability

Mojo Bootcamp enrolments are personal and non-transferable. Your confirmed seat cannot be reassigned, resold, gifted, or transferred to another individual once booked.

5. MOJO ADVICE

Mojo Advice is a personalised cybersecurity advisory service available exclusively to Mojo Bootcamp attendees.
Mojo Advice is delivered via WhatsApp at +91 7025 444 111 for a period of 6 months from the date of the bootcamp session.
Mojo Advice is provided as a value-added benefit and does not constitute a separate contractual service. Secure Mojo reserves the right to modify, limit, or discontinue Mojo Advice at any time without prior notice.
Conversations conducted via Mojo Advice are subject to our Privacy Policy and WhatsApp’s Terms of Service.
Mojo Advice does not constitute professional legal, financial, or regulated cybersecurity consultancy advice. It is provided for general guidance purposes only.

6. MOJO INTELLIGENCE ENGAGEMENTS

Mojo Intelligence services — including OSINT investigations, due diligence reports, digital risk assessments, and related engagements — are governed by a separate engagement agreement entered into between the client and Secure Mojo at the time of engagement.
These Terms apply to your general use of the Secure Mojo website and platform in connection with Mojo Intelligence enquiries and interest registrations.
All Mojo Intelligence engagements are conducted in accordance with applicable Indian and international law using legal, ethical open-source intelligence methods only.
Findings and intelligence reports produced by Mojo Intelligence are confidential and are provided exclusively for the use of the commissioning client. Reproduction, sharing, or publication of intelligence reports without Secure Mojo’s prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

7. USER OBLIGATIONS

By using any Secure Mojo Service, you agree to:

Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date registration, booking, and payment information
Use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable laws in India and your jurisdiction
Not engage in misuse, unauthorised access, reverse-engineering, screen-recording, or unauthorised distribution of Secure Mojo’s platform, session content, assessment tools, reports, or intellectual property
Not share your session access link, assessment reports, or bootcamp materials with any third party without Secure Mojo’s prior written consent
Not use information, techniques, or materials from Mojo Bootcamp or any Secure Mojo service for any unlawful, harmful, or malicious purpose
Treat all cohort participants, instructors, and Secure Mojo staff with respect during live sessions. Secure Mojo reserves the right to remove any attendee from a session for disruptive or inappropriate behaviour without refund
Promptly notify us at hello@securemojo.com if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your booking confirmation or session access

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All intellectual property related to Secure Mojo’s Services — including but not limited to the Mojo Bootcamp methodology, session content, assessment frameworks, the Personal Cyber Awareness Check, the Personal Digital Exposure Check, the Founder’s Defense Playbook, the Mojo Defense Checklist, software, algorithms, designs, trademarks, brand names, and all published content — are owned exclusively by Securemojo Consulting Private Limited or its licensors.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal licence to use the Services and access session materials for your own personal or professional use only.
Your personal assessment reports and Mojo Defense Checklist are provided for your personal use. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercialise these materials without Secure Mojo’s prior written consent.
You may share your Mojo Bootcamp Certificate on LinkedIn or other professional platforms for the purpose of displaying your completion of the program.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on any Secure Mojo intellectual property without our prior written consent.
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you share with Secure Mojo about our Services may be used by us without obligation or compensation to you.

9. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

Secure Mojo provides its Services on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.
We do not guarantee absolute protection against cyberattacks, data breaches, fraud, or financial losses. Our Services are designed to reduce risk and build awareness — not eliminate threats entirely.
The Personal Cyber Awareness Check and Personal Digital Exposure Check are assessment tools designed to provide general awareness of your behavioural and digital exposure risk. They do not constitute a comprehensive security audit or professional cybersecurity assessment.
Secure Mojo disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise — including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of assessment results, or non-infringement.
Session delivery is subject to the availability of our instructor team and the technical stability of the virtual delivery platform. Secure Mojo will make all reasonable efforts to deliver scheduled sessions as confirmed.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Secure Mojo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services — including loss of profits, data, reputation, or business opportunity.
In no event shall Secure Mojo’s total liability to you exceed the amount you paid for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.
Secure Mojo is not liable for any losses arising from your implementation — or failure to implement — the recommendations, defense layers, or guidance provided during Mojo Bootcamp or via Mojo Advice.
Secure Mojo is not liable for any technical issues on the attendee’s end — including internet connectivity, device compatibility, browser issues, or WhatsApp availability — that prevent or disrupt attendance or access to session materials.

11. GLOBAL USE & COMPLIANCE

Secure Mojo operates globally from its headquarters in Bangalore, India. However, certain Services may not be available in all jurisdictions due to local laws and restrictions.
It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of Secure Mojo’s Services complies with the laws of your country of residence and jurisdiction.
Mojo Intelligence services are conducted exclusively through legal, ethical, and openly available information sources. Clients are responsible for ensuring that the purpose of any Mojo Intelligence engagement complies with applicable laws in their jurisdiction.

12. TERMINATION & SUSPENSION

Secure Mojo reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to any Service — including removing you from a live bootcamp session — without prior notice if you violate these Terms, misuse our Services, engage in fraudulent or unlawful activity, or behave in a manner that disrupts other attendees or our team.
Upon termination for cause, no refunds will be issued.
You may cease using our Services at any time. Cessation of use does not entitle you to a refund of any amounts paid.
Secure Mojo reserves the right to discontinue any Service or division — including Mojo Bootcamp, Mojo Intelligence, Mojo Labs, or Mojo Academy — at any time. Where a confirmed enrolment is affected by a service discontinuation, affected attendees will be offered a full refund.

13. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
For users outside India, local consumer protection rights remain unaffected by these Terms.
In the event of a dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or any Secure Mojo Service, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation by contacting hello@securemojo.com.
If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, it shall be referred to and finally resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (India).
Any arbitration or court proceedings shall be conducted exclusively in Bangalore, India, unless prohibited by applicable local law.

14. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

Secure Mojo reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
Where changes are material — such as changes to the refund policy, enrolment terms, or service scope — we will notify registered users via email at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
Continued use of the Services after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using our Services.

15. MISCELLANEOUS

Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Secure Mojo regarding your use of our Services — superseding all prior agreements, understandings, and representations.

Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the Terms without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

Waiver
Secure Mojo’s failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

Assignment
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms to any third party without Secure Mojo’s prior written consent. Secure Mojo may assign its rights and obligations under these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

Language
These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
